General Terms

Betting & Gaming Rules

Account Suspension & Closure
Either party may close a 299 bit account, subject to the conditions described below.
8.1 Closure by the User

Before closure, any remaining real-money balance will be withdrawn to your verified payment account, subject to standard withdrawal processing terms. Bonus funds not yet converted to withdrawable winnings will be forfeited upon account closure. - Indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or the Services.
- Service interruptions, downtime, or technical failures caused by third-party infrastructure providers, including internet service providers, mobile banking networks, or cloud hosting services.
- Loss or theft of account credentials resulting from your own failure to maintain password security or from a security breach on a device under your control .
- Decisions made by you in reliance on any information, odds, statistics, or commentary displayed on the platform, including information that may contain errors or be subject to change.
- Any tax liability arising from your winnings in your jurisdiction of residence.
9.1 No Warranty

Amendments to These Terms

When material changes are made to this Agreement, 299 bit will notify registered users via the email address associated with their account no fewer than 7 days before the revised terms take effect.
